Green Cold Custard

Description

It‘s an homage to Wintermint cream of Foment_Life demonstrating that 2% WS-23 is not to much. I wanted to replace TPA Wintergreen with the nicer version of Flavorah after the release of it and did some testing on the percentages. After that I put into my mind that I could try to get it on a custard instead of a cream. The meringue in the old school custard base of Coop34 was tempting just because it catches the wintergreen so well. The most energy went into balancing the base with the WS-23 in order to get the right punch of cooling while still allowing the custard to be present and the wintergreen to mellow in.
