MONKEY'S MORNING

Description

Ιt is a dessert recipe with a cookie layer that you inhale and it stays as a background. On the exhale you can feel the coffee and the peanut butter mixing lower and the cream with vanilla notes and the banana playing in between. For the cookie, I wanted a dough that would remain slightly crunchy almost throughout the vape. For the coffee, I used the Biscoti with the Coffee Cake to smooth out the tops of the Biscoti. For the cream, I wanted a light cream with hints of vanilla without overpowering the banana and peanut butter, to which I gave a little volume and to brighten the banana with the Vanilla Whiiped Cream and the Meringue for sweetener. Surely this particular profile can be done with many different versions...this was one of them and I hope you like it. Any comments and advice are welcome.
