Peach Melba

I love peach, I love raspberry... I REALLY love Peach Melba. So this is my take on it. I'm very happy with it, makes a change from all the blueberry/watermelon/mango madness and peach is a tough flavour to work with. Everything can be subbed EXCEPT the peach and raspberry flavors. I find these are a really difficult balance and using subs on those never worked out for me. I realize the Nomz raspberry jam is a tough ask so you could try subbing that, if you do and it works out for you let me know! Steep for a week at least for the LBVIC to settle in.
