I created this recipe with the objective to make a rich custard only using flavours from European flavour houses. CNV Vanilla Pudding and SSA Vanilla Ice Cream are the players that bring along the vanilla. FA Custard Premium's role... it's just the DAAP-Meister and MC in a lot of custard recipes. Together with INW Custard it's delivering a reliable custard base. I added half a percent of MB White Chocolate for mouthfeel. I stole this trick from DavidN2KL. It can do so much in a mix. Then there's 1% percent of SA Crème Chantilly. Its one of the best whipped creams out there and stronk! It's buttery finish makes this recipe complete. I am not reinventing the wheel, it's just my take on vanilla custard with incorporated whipped cream. You can sweeten it to your liking. I only use very little sweetener. Vape on!
