Raspberry Custard Creams
Description
Custard base = Custard premium, vanilla pudding and creamy vanilla. I realized with my cookie crack butter, the vanilla pudding really lifts the buttery components in the rest of the ingredients. Having left the vanilla pudding out of my dirty cookie crack, it’s not AS buttery having replaced the pudding with caramel butter. It does great things with butter.
My cookie base is cookie crumble and cookie. Cookie crumble is a nice buttery shortbread add cookie for a bit of texture.
My raspberry- I chose shisha raspberry for a nice strong almost candy like fruit, and premium raspberry adds some authenticity to the shisha , followed by raspberry syrup to round the other raspberries out.
