Five Pawns Symmety Six - Tried to emulate multiple times over the years and never found a close recipe. Made this close to memory of the profile as I could. Turned out the way it did and then some. Awesome mix, definitely milk, oats, graham, rhubarb and strawberry. Everything sits really nicely in the blend. Strawberry and rhubard blend to create a sweet red syurpy fruit. The oats and graham blend a base of grain and cracker; fitting perfectly with the milk. I second guessed the milk when creating, but after 30 day steep... the vanilla / milk is correct for the profile as I see fit. Take a try, definitly let it sit. The Rhubarb needs time to settle and the liquid amber smooths everything out.
