Watermelon Sorbet *Summer Series*
Description
**A refreshing, natural, deep rosy red watermelon flavor mixed in with a bright, citrusy sorbet with light notes of grapefruit and cucumber.**
NOTES:
The CAP Sweet Watermelon is the only ingredient I'm not 100% certain on. There's probably a better more natural way to add a watermelon top note that isn't artificial. Possibly FA Watermelon? The recipe does best after a day or two of steeping to allow the watermelons to blend down, as well as take some of the candy out of the Double Watermelon. Adding mint as an accent is also something you can do. However, finding the right mint is key. You just want mint leaf, and you don't want it to overpower the top note or watermelon in anyway. Using SSA Natural Mint is good, however theres probably a better mint leaf to be found.
