<h3>White Chocolate Chip Ice Cream </h3><h4>Description</h4>Even though Fall isn't here yet I'm already on my yearly white chocolate kick. I haven't done an ice cream recipe since my Vanilla Bean Dream recipe so I decided to do a new one with a white chocolate theme.

I really love white chocolate chip ice cream. It's amazing! It really sucks that nobody around here carries any of it. If I ever move you can be certain wherever I end up will have white chocolate chip/chunk ice cream on the regular.

I went with the usual FW + FLV white chocolate combo. I played around with adding VSO WC too but it was a little too white chocolate.....I honestly thought that was impossible but surprisingly it is a thing. WF White Chocolate Milky Cream would have worked but I wanted a WC chip/chunk kind of flavor and WF would have dialed that back too much. Besides, the FLV + FW combo works great here.

For the Ice Cream I went with LB VIC and some FA Custard Premium. I used TFA French Vanilla Deluxe originally but I really wanted more richness to the ice cream and less spicy vanilla. FA Custard Premium did the job nicely!

Some Vanilla Swirl was added for mouth feel. I also added some SSA Whipped Cream because whipped cream is a must in an ice cream recipe and SSA Whipped Cream's buttery note goes great with White Chocolate.

Finally some FLV Sweetness but use whatever you like best.

This is great off the shake but really comes alive after a couple days of steeping.
