日本のプリン (Japanese Pudding)

Description

I’m a big fan of all things Japanese culture so I wanted to re-create a dessert from Japan, so I went with Japanese pudding. Right out of the first inhale, I got a slightly dense but smooth custard with caramel topping just the way it taste when you eat an actual Japanese pudding. This mix are used flan alongside creme caramel to start the base of this liquid I paired that up with some custard, premium custard and Dulce de Leche to round out the custard pudding. I paired up caramel and butterscotch to give it that caramel topping. This mix turned out exactly as I wanted it too with every inhale and exhale, You get a nice dense but smooth custard topped with a pool of caramel.
